Kim hit the ground running when I told her I wanted to buy a new home. After focusing on a couple of neighborhoods, Kim showed me numerous single family homes, all of which were nice, but not "the one ". Then Kim insisted that I look at luxury condos, even though the ability to garden was a top priority. Well, she dragged me to a penthouse with 2,500 sq. ft. of indoor space and 1,200 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace on two floors, 15 f.t. ceilings, great views, indoor parking, etc. Thank you Kim. |
